"sorry this account is not authorized to access this game"

Hi,
I'm a french player, I bought the game earlier today on steam, with the discount from the holiday sales. I download the game and when i try to run it it says to me this disapointing sentence "sorry this account is not authorized to access this game".
There is my support tool file http://www.sendspace.com/file/nwf9qr , I hope there is a way to fix this issue.
Thanks for your help.

I don't know what causes this issue yet.
Did you ever modify your Windows in any way, e.g. remove components, deactivate services or use tuning tools?

I can't tell 'cause i'm not home and i've installed it on my relatives computer. So I don't know if there have been modifications on it.

edit : it seems it hasn't been modified in anyway (it is updated and everything)

  • I've installed it on another pc and I've got the same issue, i've made another support data file. I hope this one will help you figure out where and what is the problem.

  • My roomate at home has installed it on my computer and it work there so it's "just" a problem with my sister's computers, but i don't know from where it's from.

I don't know what causes it either. I've seen it a couple of times over the years, and the only thing that fixed it for someone was reinstalling windows, implying it is a software issue.

  • Okay. So since it works on my computer back home it's alright for me. So thanks and good luck for the rest.
