I purchased and downloaded walking dead 2 from telltale. However, when I downloaded the .exe file for windows (993mb) it wont install? What is wrong.......I don't think I am getting all the components for the .exe set-up file to run/install.

    The size is okay. Do you get any error message, or what happens when you run it?

    Please run the DirectX updater.

    When I run the install on both my laptop and pc........I do get an error message saying: program can't start because d3dx9_41.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem. I have done this on both machines, still did not work.????

    download the updated directX drivers this resolved the same issue I had: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
