Hi,
i bought The Walking Dead (Season 1) a year ago but up until now youre website shows me "You haven't purchased any games yet.".
I bought the game on this website via paypal.
Who do i have to talk to and what do i have to show to finally get the game?

If you can, please contact our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, and make sure to include your email associated with your account, and if you have it, the Order ID number from your order. Apologies for the inconvenience.
I have the same issue. According to DjNDB I need to re-install Season One to get Season Two to work properly, but I do not have the installation files. When I sent an email to support@telltalegames.com they sent to me a link to a page with no information on the subject of my email - How do I redownload the installation files? I DID send the date, time, email and Order Number in the email but nothing useful was sent back.
That's not exactly what I meant, but you definitely need your account fixed if the game is not in your "my games" section.
Please send me a Private Message with your Email associated with your Telltale account, the Order ID number, and the ticket number you received when emailing support, and I will try to assist you further. Got the downloads problem fixed, finally. Thanks for any/all help on that. I've been told, by a couple people, that the "username" has to match what TWD game searches for when it's looking for the "save" files. Is it possible to see what "username" it is looking for when it searches? I don't know how the "username" could have changed but I'd like to know what TWD game is looking for. Thanks again for all your help.
season 2 expects the season 1 savegames to be in
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\
If you copy that into the windows explorer's address bar, you get to the exact location the prefs.prop and .save files should be for the current user.
