Ep. 2 choices not importing to Ep. 3

I literally just finished episode 2 of season 1 and went straight into the third episode, but when it shows the "previously on..." cinematic, the game thinks that I made choices that I didn't, such as helping Kenny when I tried to help Lilly instead and showing Lee not wanting to take food from the car when I made the decision to take the food 5 minutes ago. Is there a way to fix this that won't have me delete my save and just start over?

    Please rename the prefs.prop in
    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\
    to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate it.

    Then move the prefs.prop from
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead102
    to
    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\
