Max and Crossbones shirt????

it said in the awesomeness section of Strong Badia The Free that after I collect all 7 clothing items, I get rewarded with the Max and Crossbones shirt, well I collected all 7 costumes quite a few times but nothing. do I need to go somewhere for it to work or what?

    Try getting the awesomest rank. That's how I got mine.

    You have to get to the 2nd highest ranking.

    Yeah, sorry. That was a mistake which has since been corrected in the guide.
