I apologize for the inconvenience, can you please provide clarification on what is not working for you? Have you installed the game successfully, and it is not opening? Can you start the game, but the game crashes? Is your computer up to minimum specs? Can you please send us your DXDiag if you’re using PC. (To send a DXDiag, click the Start menu, click Run, and then type in DXDiag and press enter. After it loads, click Save All Information and save the file where you’ll be able to easily find it.) After it is saved, you can copy and paste the system information into the reply window in this thread.

There is my system information, And well, It gets past to where the chips clink and then "Press anything to start" After it is clicked it will connect and then go to loading... after that it crashes, I have tried nearly everything that people have said fixes that problem, And none of it has worked some of it has even made it not get THAT far.

After looking up your computer specs, the integrated graphics card that is included with your particular laptop does not meet minimum System Requirements for Poker Night 2. If you have upgraded your graphics card, you may be experiencing a different issue. Please let me know if you have upgraded your graphics card, and I can try to assist you further. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please download and unzip the PN2 support tool and run the "PN2_create_support_data.bat". Let it run until it says "FINISHED" at the bottom. Then upload the "PN2_support_data_pc.zip" it creates to an instant filehoster and post the download link into a new reply.

I apologize for the inconvenience, can you please provide clarification on what is not working for you? Have you installed the game successful

Please try if the game works if you disconnect from the internet. Make sure all Network adapters are disabled.

Also please download and run the PN2 support tool. Let it run until it says "FINISHED" at the bottom. Then upload the "PN2_support_data_pc.zip" it creates to an instant filehoster and post the download link into a new reply.

Please upload the .zip file it creates as to sendspace , to get a download link and post it here. It's incomplete and unreadable this way.

    Application Name: PokerNight2.exe
    Application Version: 2013.4.24.22527
    Exception Code: c0000005
    Exception Offset: 0015c3f2

I don't know what causes it, but there is a bunch of things you can try to narrow down the cause.

Did you try disconnecting from the internet, as I said earlier?
Updating the system's BIOS also worked for some people with the same issue in another TTG game.

If that doesn't work you can also try disconnecting all but one display, updating to the latest Realtek HDA driver, unplugging all non essential USB devices, and running the game during a clean boot.

Booting clean in Windows Vista / 7:
    1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
    2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
    3. Uncheck Load Startup Items
    4. Select the Services tab
    5. Check Hide all Microsoft services
    6. Click Disable all
    7. If running the game on Steam, re-check the "Steam Client Service"
    8. Click on OK
    9. Click Restart.
    10. After reboot, run the game to see if it works.

After performing the necessary steps, restore your settings by doing the following:

    1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
    2. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
    3. Click Ok
    4. Click Yes, when asked to restart your computer

Did you try updating the BIOS yet?
Not sure if it will help, if disconnecting didn't, but that's the only thing I have left that might.

Otherwise you might have to write TTG support at support@telltalegames.com
