telltale help please
hi i did not get a chance to download it when season 1 episode 1 first came out but i downloaded it when it became free on live but i am trying to get my system to reconize that its installed on the system so i can play it offline and dont have to be online on my xbox 360 but it wont say i have it installed so i can play offline to i can only play when profile is sighned in to xbox live and i want to be able to play it when i am not sighned in to xbox live especially when the xbox 360s live is supose to be gone in 2016 i want to be able to play without live i have all other parts to season 1 but wont be able to play it till i get this problem fixed please fix this problem so i dont have to be on live to play it

I apologize for any difficulties you have experienced. You should not have to be online/connected to Xbox Live to play the game. Please sign online, and launch the game to make sure you have any of the latest updates or patches to play the game, and after doing this, you should be able to play the game offline. Please also make sure that you are playing on the same profile that you used to download the game.
hi i now managed to play episode 1 of season 1 offline but i cant get it to now play episode 2 through 5 of season 1 offline it makes no sense when i have them i play all of it online but not offline at least it reconizes 400 days offline but i got to get to realize i have episode 2 through 5 of season 1 at least it knows i have everything on line but now i got to get it to reconize episode 2-5 of season 1 how do i do that all it saids for that offline is coming soon thats all it saids for that
Apologies for the confusion, the free deal was only for Episode 1 of Season One. The rest of the episodes will have to be purchased from the Xbox Marketplace. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
i said i have them to i did buy them i have them all the whole thing all the episodes 1 through 5 even the 400 days i already own them i told u that i can play them all when i am on my live profile i am trying to play it on an offline profile i should not have to be online to play the game thats what u told me sense i have the whole game i should be able to play the whole complete game offline
Please make sure you have downloaded all of the episodes while online. Once you have downloaded them all, you should be able to play them offline.
i did download them but for some reason they dont get reconized offline the 400 days does but episode 2 through 5 of season 1 does not when i try to play it offline it acts like there not there why does it act like there not there when i have them
Can you please clarify what each episode says in the Episode Selection Menu? Do they say 'coming soon', or 'download' or something else?
sometimes it said coming soon sometimes it said get sometimes it saids download sometimes it saids installed i have seen it all when i was trying to get episode 1 to play offline and now that one is back to having problems again on the xbox 360 and i have tried downloading and redownloading it so much i dont know any more which version was supose to play it offline if one of the versions of them or both whether through xbox live or this website i have tried both so much i am so confused u would think it dont matter which one and tried for both to try and play everything offline but it does not seem like it mattered which one i chose neither one will do it and they are supose to and yet both seem to refuse to work
If you are playing on the Xbox 360, you would be downloading it from the Xbox Marketplace. Our website only has the PC/Mac versions of the game available to download. Please start the game after you are already connected online, and you will receive the Title Update that you need to play the rest of the episodes.
now i just redownloaded the game now the other spots instead of saying installed when i am on my offline like they should now it just saids coming soon it still wont let me play the other parts offline
even though the other episodes were paid for and downloaded i still can only play them when i am on the online profile but never the offline profile its still not responding for the offline profile
Please sign on to the online profile, and start the game. That way you can make sure that you are receiving any of the updates that you need to make the game work properly. After receiving the updates, you will then be able to play the game using your offline profile.

Can you please clarify what is not responding? Are you not getting the updates, or are you not able to start the game at all? When you log onto your online profile, you should be able to receive the updates you need. Then you will be able to play the game offline.
both are not responding the only part that plays offline is episode 1 and the dlc 400 days no matter what i try episode 2 through 5 only plays when i am on my online profile when i am offline it acts like i dont have them there must be different versions of episode 1 cause everytime i redo it i either get one that like the others has the updates but only plays it all online only with this version i only get to play the 400 days offline or i get this type where it plays episode one offline but has no updates but with this way only episode 1 and 400 days work offline and they should all work on and offline but they dont
Is this happening for any other digital downloadable games that you are trying to play offline? If so, please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance with this issue. Also, please make sure that you are playing the game on the same Xbox that you purchased it on.
