I just brought this game a few days ago and every time I try to play the game the screen goes white and this pops up -

Telltale Games has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

I clicked to see the error report as shown

Error Signature

I don't know what to do. Can I please get some help here.
