A new character/suspect -- The Crooked Man
After I completed Episode One and went to the forums I looked around the book of fables and choices. Now when I looked at the title for Episode 3 "A Crooked Mile" I immediately knew that story.
There was a crooked man, and he walked a crooked mile.
He found a crooked sixpence against a crooked stile.
He bought a crooked cat, which caught a crooked mouse,
And they all lived together in a little crooked house.
I don't know if this is a lead or not but I'd like to see what you guys think about it.

I did think about that as well when I saw the title "Crooked Mile." Maybe crooked in this case could refer to shady or corrupt. So, perhaps we'll see this crooked or shady character turn up with some kind of involvement in it all.
Maybe that's who the mysterious red haired man that people have been talking about is?
The ginger isn't a really good lead on this, the only things he could be is Hansel, The Headless Horseman, The boy who cried wolf, or a non human creature. Remember how everyone said that they knew one another but not much. If he's a wealthy fable he could be hiding his true self. The reason why he's in the cab is well reasonable, it could be his occupation. But he might be on you side or a professional hitman. I mean really, if you seen two chopped heads he could be definitely the headless horseman in disguise. Remember make sure your not fooled by a set up.
You know I thought the same thing, I remember that Crooked Man story, I think it means more about how the episode goes down but I could be completely wrong.
In Bluebeard's Book of Fables entry, it mentions that he still makes "the occasional trip down Crooked Lane." I'm guessing we're going to be following him there.
I noted that, also does the person in episode 4s start screen kind of look like Blue Beard?
I've been researching and I saw that Rose Red and Snow White were sisters, I think Rose has to do with this since Charming cheated on White.
I was not aware of that, that might come in handy soon enough.
We should work together to find out this case, the more the merrier eh?
The boy who cried wolf seems a good suspect, check-out HeartLocker's theory. I wonder how the crooked man fits into this...Ponders
Actually Chapter3 a Crooked smile.........Shit...
IMA GENIUS
Hansel is banned from Fabletown.
I have and it's a strong one, but there are many outcomes why he is following him. Maybe Crane has hired him to do it.
Thinking about it, that last Chapter 1 lock in the book of fables, I think that's when the unknown ginger is introduced.
I love just going around looking at these conversations. It really gets the gears turning in the brain.
The last lock in Ch.1 depends on what you do with Gren. If you walk away it gives you "Wolf's Mercy". If you choose the other option, you get "Wolf's Rage".
what is wolf's rage? I did mercy.
Also, yeah that guy in Episode 4 is definitely Bluebeard. A crooked mile, AND a crooked lane? Also definitely a Crooked Man reference.
The game is set before all of that lol..
Maybe this is why? If not, then just say no, because I'm reading the comics, and I want to figure it out on my own.
That's definitely bluebeard. Bluebeard is always a prick who gets in the way from what I've seen. And he has a pretty unique look.
No. And Cryer living at 7th floor.
Every time I read this refference " There was a crooked man, and he walked a crooked mile. He found a crooked sixpence against a crooked stile. He bought a crooked cat, which caught a crooked mouse, And they all lived together in a little crooked house. " I get goosebumps as fuck because its just so creepy and there is a pixel horror game made of this crooked man story and It's reaaally creepy one so...Just creepy
When Charming cheated on Snow with Rose, that was centuries ago. That isn't something that happens after the game.
Nonsense.
