Please reopen the - The Walking Dead – ‘Hitching’ on Xbox 360 4GB

I've e-mailed your support group, as instructed on http://www.telltalegames.com/support/discussion/43289/the-walking-dead-hitching-on-xbox-360-4gb - once per week for over 3-weeks now and I still haven't received a response... I've also tried calling your support at 415.258.1638 and no one ever answers... I'd appreciate your assistance. Ty

Please note that the claim may take up to 4 weeks to process. If you have your unique ticket number that you received from out support team, could you please send it to me in a private message, and I would be glad to give you an estimated timeline on when you should receive a response. I apologize for the inconvenience. (To send a Private Discussion, click on a Username, and click on Private Discussion on the left hand side of the page.)

  • Thanks for the prompt response! I just sent it to you in a private message! I originally made the request on 12/22/13. Thanks

  • How long does it usually take the support team to send a "ticket" number? I sent my email and attachments in on the 21st, but haven't gotten any reply from telltale games? Shouldn't I at least get a message saying they have received my request? If I had that much I wouldn't feel bad waiting but I haven't gotten anything.

I'd also like to say that when I read the sticky threat on the topic, I saw it was a year old. How is it that a year later, you are still letting the disc version of the game be sold and there is still no indication that the game requires a hard drive to play properly? Could have sent stickers out to all the retails stores carrying your game to inform customers, "hard drive required".

Hi @Ryan_ unfortunately my private messages are not functioning properly at the moment, if you can, could you please tell me what your ticket number is in a reply to this comment, and I will be able to give you the estimated timeline. I apologize for the delay.

  • thanks for your reply. The instructions on the form said to send the email with attachments to TWDCLAIM@TELLTALEGAMES.COM. Should I have used the support address instead?

I apologize for the confusion, yes you did the right thing by sending it to twdclaim@telltalegames.com. You should not need a ticket number in your particular case. You will just have to follow the steps in the claim redemption form exactly, and send the results to twdclaim@telltalegames.com.

  • Just some feedback, it would be nice to get some kind of automated response letting one know the email has been received and that it may take several weeks to process. It will help reduce support calls and emails.

Thank you for the feedback. I will pass it along to the team. Please note, however, that in the claim redemption form, it does say that it will take up to four weeks for a response. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and I hope you will be hearing from us in the near future about your claim redemption.

  • I just bought this game over the weekend and finally had some time to try and play it tonight, and when I went to play it it hardly worked. Reading over the fine print of the Claim form that "TELLTALE RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO HONOR CLAIM REDEMPTION REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER JANUARY 3RD, 2014." would you be able to confirm if my claim will be fulfilled or not? Also the fact that my claim just goes in to a black hole of an email box does not make me feel any better about this.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently still accepting claims. Please follow the steps in the claim redemption form and mail the content to twdclaim@telltalegames.com.

Did you receive a link to download the claim redemption form? After you have downloaded the form, please make sure you have followed all the steps in the form, (Filled out the blank fields, took an image of your game case along with your ticket number, and provided an image/screenshot of your receipt of purchase) and after you have all three files, zip them up into a .zip file and attach it to an email to twdclaim@telltalegames.com, and they will be able to process your claim.

  • Mike, I sent you a message but in this article you said it wasn't working so I thought I would try this. Do you think you could give me a frame of reference for when my Claim Redemption Form will be prosesed?

    Ticket: 38109

  • TelltaleMikeTelltaleMike Former Telltale Staff

I apologize for the delayed response. Our Support Staff has run a little behind schedule (as stated in the Claim Redemption form, please allow up to four weeks for a response), but we are working hard to catch up and make sure that codes are sent out as soon as possible. If you have not heard back, and it is still inside the four week time-frame, please allow up to four weeks. If it has already been four weeks, you should be hearing back soon.

  • I sent in a claim before JAN. 4th 2015, Ticket #37114. Also sent the required information after wards to the redemption email. I have'nt heard from anyone since. Like the above customers,I would really like to know if my emails are even being sent to the right place. They do have some personal information on them and it would of been nice to just be responded to in return.
