"Alternate Ending" For "Episode 1: Faith"
Hi All,
Long time reader, first time poster (On this forum at least.) I was reading through IGN's "Wiki-Guide" for "TWAU" and I found this excerpt that I found to be quite interesting. I realize A LOT of you are "Disappointed" that Snow White died a little to early on in the game, hopefully this will remedy that situation and put some of your minds at ease. Here's what the IGN "Wiki Guide" for "TWAU" says:
I found this under Beauty's "Character Bio"
The IGN "Wiki Guide for the "TWAU" says this in that section:
"Back in the Homelands, Beauty and her husband Beast lived in an enchanted castle. In Fabletown, they reside in a studio apartment. Beauty and Beast share the longest relationship of any of the Fables."
In The Wolf Among Us
"Early in Episode One, Bigby finds Beauty hiding in the bushes in front of their apartment complex, the Woodland Luxury Apartments. She pleads with Bigby to not tell Beast that he saw her leaving. The player soon after gets to decide whether or not to tell Beast about the run-in. At the very end of Episode One, Bigby arrives home to the Woodlands as the site of a police crime scene. Bigby walks in to see what is happening and finds Beauty's head laying on the steps, in the same location as Faith's was found previously."
Has anyone tested this theory? I was curious to know if it worked or not. Please feel free to reply back as soon as possible. I'm sorry if this has already been posted somewhere else on the forum, I just wanted to get this information to all of the "TWAU" fans like me out there.

no, not true .. i made so many possible decisions as i played it 4 times, waiting the second episode .. and this didnt happen .. and in all my reruns i found that bigby still fights beast "the end of chapter when it revels some from 2nd chapter"
Thank you for the responses. I'm curious as to whether you've got to start a "Brand New Save File" and play the whole game through again and not just "Reload a Checkpoint." Did either of y'all play through the ENTIRE GAME again? The only reason I'm asking this is because it's rather rare for IGN to get things of this "Magnitude" wrong. I'm not seeing a theory to test... it simply says that Beauty's head is found at the end. It doesn't tell you what you need to do to achieve it.
Frankly, this is clearly a mistake. They simply wrote Beauty instead of Snow. I don't know why you would even think it was an alternate ending, there's nothing to suggest it.
I just saw this in the IGN Wiki Guide and thought it was cool. Has anyone told "Beast" the WHOLE TRUTH in the elevator sequence? What happens does Beast "catch up" to Beauty and stop her from whatever she's doing?
The only immediate difference between telling Beast you saw Beauty or not is Beast either saying "Motherfucker..." if you don't tell him and "Thanks!" if you do. There's also a slight change in the "Next time on TWAU..." at the end of the episode. If you didn't tell Beast, Beauty says "Thanks for not telling him", and if you did, Beast runs up and she says "You told him?"
However, in both cases, the snippet where Bigby and Beast appear to be fighting still appears.
Regardless, none of the decisions change the fact that it's Snow's head at the end of the episode.
