Im curious about the transformation of Bigby. What will make him transform into his "Werewolf"-form?
He can transform into any form when he wants.
When people piss him the hell off. Such as the Woodsman, and Dee will probably get his share of an ass-whuppin' inevitably.
I think that Bluebeard might be working with them. Maybe he had a strong alibi and Crane thought about hiring him due to the lack of agents.
Plus, I think I know the reason why they're fighting. In TTG's blog, they posted the picture an right underneath it it says: "What'd you told Beast at the elevator." . Pretty self explanatory.

I know, but it seems in a lot of scenarios most fables test his patience anyway and that's when he turns, whether it's his own will or not, anger seems most likely to me, at least in the game thus far.
Actually he turns into wolf when he is angry because he wants to fight.
Crane is a coward, Bluebeard is/used to be psychotic and Bigby is Bigby.So my bet is that he is scared.
