Saving Issues for Poker Night 2

Well I've been having saving issues with Poker Night two recently. The problem is, well, say I have a tournament on standby from one time I played, I decide to start a new one, and quit after beating it. Then when I start the game up it's as if I never played the new one.

Also, what makes me say it's a saving issue is because it also resets the bounty unlocks back to when the previous tournament I spoke up went on. I still unlock the items, though game it's self doesn't remember that though.

If you need me to, I can also upload a video showing my issues if I didn't explain my issue good enough.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are playing on PC or Mac? Also, what OS you are playing on? (Windows 7 or 8/8.1, or Mac OS 10.8 or 10.9). Also did you purchase the game through Steam, or through our website?

Sorry about that. It's on Pc, Windows 7, and through Steam.
And if it helps any, I tried it on two different PCs, both of them the same in terms of being PC and Windows 7.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few possible solutions that may resolve your issue:

    1) Ensure you have the latest drivers

    2) Restart your system

    3) Unplug your gamepad (and all other USB devices other than keyboard/mouse)

    4) Verify your cache if you purchased through Steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335)

    5) Run the game as admin

    6) Run the game in compatibility mode (We recommend Windows 98/ME)

    7) Reinstall the game (clear all files, including saves and prefs.prop file)

    8) Make sure that the Steam application is not set to a compatibility mode (right click on steam and click properties, then check compatibility, and make sure that it is not checked to play in a different OS)

If none of these suggestions work, please contact our Support Staff at support@telltalegames.com for further assistance regarding your issue.
