bonus content download problem

I can't get the GOTY bonus content to download using my PS3.
The behind the scenes video and music...
Is it even possible via PS3, or is it my horrible connection?
When I try to download either of them my PS3 says "connect storage medium to save destination"

    From the sound of it, it sounds like a problem with the hard drive.

    Is there enough free space on your drive?

    389 GB

    "connect storage media at save destination" for the video download.
    throws an error code for the music download ... HTTP 400
