Our web team have deployed a fix for this now - if you were having a similar issue, please try again!

After getting to about 50% of the download, the game dropped for me.
After restarting the game when i go to download again. It gives me this error:

Network Unavailable.
Please connect your PC to the internet.

As im typing this here im pretty sure my internet works.
Any way of fixing this? Obviously i would like to start playing.

  • Mine doesn't even start, just says connect PC to the internet

  • Also getting this.

  • Also getting this. I'm going to assume that there's some kind of Telltale server issue considering how many times I had to type out this comment.

  • I feel bad that I went and bought a copy on Steam as well, guess I'll give it to a friend and hopefully they'll come to love these games too. Thanks for the fix!

  • Is this what's causing my game to freeze after clicking "Click anywhere to play"

  • Once you click it seems to dial the server in the background. If you click and wait it will do something.

I am still geting, the server is busy message

  • Does anybody has a slow download speed?I've been waiting for about 10 minutes but in only goes up about 5%:(

  • Same here! For me the download doesn't even start, just says "Check your PC's connection to the internet", even though everything else works perfectly online.

Is there an incoming fix for this?

  • I'm having the same problem as Borracho. Please fix...

  • First I was having the "Check your PC's connection to the internet", then, after puzzlebox said the fix was in, i got the download to about 1% before the game crashed, now i'm having the "Check your PC's connection to the internet" thing again.

Hello, I have the same "please connect your PC to the internet" problem. If past experience is any indicator, I'm hoping a fix will be up sometime tonight. I think the latest I've had to wait is a few days. Please let us know if there's any fix in place Telltale.

  • ...aaaand downloading. Apparently the servers are under tremendous load to handle all the download requests. All you can do is keep spamming the download button in hopes that you get a free slot. Not the best of options and something Telltale, long may she run, should look into for future releases. I love supporting them and buying their games through their own store instead of Steam, but if every launch is like this, it gets harder and harder to show good faith...

  • Mine is downloading as well. The server stress makes a lot of sense- and I have to say these fixes and improvements are coming much faster than they once did. A+ for improvement Telltale!
