What I missed in episode 2..
..is the ginger guy/cryer. I was kinda hoping we would get to know a little more about him, but for as far as I'm concerned he didn't even appear. Anyone else slightly dissappointed about that?

Can't say I'm too disappointed. I think the community has kind of latched on a bit too hard to the Red Haired Man Theory. IMO, there are too many holes in it. Until and unless we get more information about him in future episodes, I'm thinking he's just an extra character model that Telltale threw in wherever they needed a nameless background character.
Yeah, I do think you're right about the over-hyping of the ginger guy theory, but it is still strange that he appeared so often in episode one and then completely dissapeared in episode two. Plus the way that Snow and Bigby bumped in on him in the hallway.. I don't think he's the killer, but I do suspect we'll find out more about him at some point.
