Possible Season Pass Issue
Okay, so I go to download, it shows I have the season pass, but I go over and try to download Episode 2 and it's telling me I have to pay 4.99. Am I doing something wrong?

I have the same issue. I downloaded the season pass again just in case, but that didn't change anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

I contacted Microsoft and they said it an issue with the paid licence of the game being the only one available and the season pass licence version not being available
So what does that mean for us ?
This stuff makes me want to put my rant hat on. I have the same issue, and I wonder how many unsuspecting season pass owners have bought this twice?. This stuff happens all the time*, the people who bought the season pass are your loyal fans( foolishly I bought episode one and the season pass day 1 only for it to be free and half price respectively ) so make sure that the season pass holders have access to the dlc first, then worry about the marketplace. All I want to do is play your fantastic game but unless I pay for it twice I have to wait. *: not so much with tt games. Puts rant hat back on the hat stand and takes a deep breath.....
Means its a issue that Telltale has to sort out this has happened to me before with Xbox video normally they can get you to pay for the item then they credit you back but they cant in this instance as the season pass version is not even avalible
It means that we have to wait even longer than those paying for it to get the episode and therefore have to wait even longer for ep 3, 4, 5 to come out so that this problem doesnt happen again
Yeah I'm still pissed that I bought it then it went for free like a week or two later.
there is nothing on there Twitter or Facebook and not even a comment here they have to be aware of the issue but to not even respond or say they are working on it at least give us something people need to sleep you know if your going to take a day say so
Its not been released on the in game marketplace yet it's only been released on the xbox marketplace and it routes through that to get the payed version of the content up so we might have to wait a couple of days before we get our season pass cotent for free
yeah that's a better way of putting it I was told the same by MS support don't think it will be a few days though that's probably worst case fingers crossed

Yeah, evidently not only did I pay a premium for this game for zero value (not even time value, since nothing extra was released between me buying the season pass and everything going on sale) but now I can't even access the damn game I paid for without paying again. Really soured on this company.
i talked to a microsoft rep. he said ttg should have it fixed in the next day or two. if you bought both ep2 and the series pass contact microsoft to get a refund.
Don't blame TellTale, blame Microsoft for all this.
The issue does seem to stem from Microsoft's end as I just spoke with one of the Tier 1 support people and they basically confirmed that it's a problem with their authentication of the download. Regardless, this furious outrage needs to quell a bit. Those who bought the season pass will get their money's worth. Merely requires some patience as things get sorted.
