I know who it is.
It's the red headed dude from last episode. He appeared in about 5 different scenes in the background, and was also the cab driver who took Snow away at the end of the chapter (likely the time/place he got a lock of her hair).
It's obvious Ichabod didn't do it, given his role in the comics. It's likely that Red-Head McGee used a glamor to look like Ichabod, for whatever reason.
Question is, why leave the head at the front of the apartment? (Also, why the heck was Beast at the hotel?)

I hope you are wrong. lets not hope they will use this glamour appearance switching too often, its like Naruto's shadowclones or substitution jutsu, for anyone that watches anime. It gets old REAL fast.
Red head guy, red head guy, red head guy. Hes not the murderer but Im certain hes part of a big scheme.
Not sure if it's him. He might be a detective or some sort of ... informant. Honestly I suspect the Headless Horseman. Remember how TJ said he heared some1 saying "Stop Laughing" ? Headless Horseman usually laughs when killing his victims.
