The Ginger guy was always a NPC
In the start of episode he is driver then when you get of and look at toads apartment he is walking.Then near end of 1st episode you call taxi to go to trip trap driver is Ginger when you arrive to Trip trap Snow says maybe you should handle this then they show 3 guys the one near fire warming himself is Ginger guy he cant be driving taxi and be outside of it at the same time right? He was never murderer he was just NPC TTG used often He wasnt reason game got delayed.

I doubt he's the reason why the game was delayed, but he's got to have a role in all of this. After all, why would they introduce him to Bigby and Snow if he's just meant to be some random background character?

I dont know but it looks npc to me cause how can he be outside and inside of car at the same time twice in one episode It looks stupid to me unleash he has a twin or some kind of magic ?
If you think about it, they're all NPCs except for Bigby.
I know tie with crooks.But it looks stupid if he is the killer why use him so many times as a cap driver then show outside as a homeless person while he is the one driving taxi

To make a cool sequence of flashbacks. Besides, in chapter 2, it's said that the killer (if there is one on the first place) likes to get close to it's victims.
