Episode 2: things people may have not noticed
Evidence 1: The picture of crane and Snow White is old. If you look at Snow's dress in the photograph it isn't torn in anyway. However when you look at the actual dress in the room it is all shabby and ripped in places.
What it means: Crane must've had this fetish for Snow for quite some time and night before Lily's death wasn't his first time at the hotel. This is made clear because beauty says the owner of room 207 had the keys for a long term.
Evidence 2: The envelope at room 207 was deliberately hidden poorly so that Bigby finds it.
What it means: Crane can not be the murderer. When someone commits a crime he disposes all evidence to make sure nobody can retrace him. If Crane actually did commit the murder he would've burned the pictures to make sure nobody ever sees them. Also the "fake" Snow's head was placed at the doorstep of cranes office. If Crane was the one who killed the "fake" snow, he wouldn't be stupid enough to place the head right in front of his own office. This could only mean that somebody knows about crane's obsession for snow and had clicked photographs at one of his visits to the hotel. It was only one night that this somebody killed lily in room 207 and placed the photographs there.He is trying to make the evidence point to Crane.
Evidence 3: Briefly before approaching toad at the office you notice him asking the mirror something and he abruptly asks the mirror to "cancel" when he sees Bigby coming. After talking to toad and toad junior, you can interact with the mirror and ask the mirror what toad was looking at. I don't remember the exact statement but the mirror mentioned " Cinderella selling shoes,rapunzel and rose".
What it means: This may be a weak one, but perhaps the names mentioned by the mirror were also using cheap glamour. Toad being a poor fable wants to get his hands on cheap glamour as a means to protect his son and himself from the human world. Maybe he wanted the mirror to show him the seller of this glamour.
Prediction 1: Bluebeard isn't the killer, but he is the one making cheap glamour. This would explain why he is the only fable who was rich before and after the exodus.
Prediction 2: Bigby is going to be framed. If you notice episode 3's picture you can see officer brannigan following Bigby.

Yeah. Crane's surely not the killer. He's got some gnarly fantasies though...
They have changed preview picture for the third episone, if i'm not mistaken. It now features Bigby following a car (possibly Crane's car).
Episode 3 picture is now Bigby chasing cranes car.... But hey maybe they just changed it and it could still happen (about Bigby being framed)

About the dress, the game heavily implies that it was ripped because "Mr. Smith" tore it off of Lily before he had sex with her.
