Will we see Prince Charming in the series?

I'm sorry if this thread has been done before, but will we see Prince Charming in the Wolf Among Us series? I would be deeply disappointed if we didn't.

  • idk but I hope so, would kinda make things a lil interesting in my opinion :)

  • They should. It would make the game that much better.

  • I don't think he's supposed to be very powerful or well-known. Just like the Woodsman, He's only known by his role in the story. Usually the men who save the damsels are given a lot of focus, but in Snow White's story, everyone else is the focus: the Dwarves, her mother the queen, the mirror, and the huntsman.

Prince Charming's part in the story isn't shown, he's pushed off the stage after only a few seconds only to come back later for the important part. He was just some fancy lad who stumbled upon her glass casket and kissed her cuz...idunno, she was dead and it...kinda made sense to him at the time? He didn't even know it would help, he just did it. I'll bet he's one of the clients who prefer "stationary" targets.

Now wouldn't it be cool if the "huntsman" from Snow White's fable and the "woodsman" from Red Riding Hood's fable were the same person by different titles? A "woodsman" could be anything between a logger and some guy who lives in the woods, or even a logger who lives in the woods and hunts his own game for a living.

  • Don't think so to many characters will ruin plot not sure how use him

  • maybe Idk hes kinda creepy. does he not strike u the type of serial killer kind of guy?

Prince Charming is in at least three separate fables, and he's very well known. He has a lot of power, in a way. The power to seduce practically any woman may not be as impressive as some of Bigby's abilities, but it's not to be discounted.

  • He's kind of like a (somewhat) loveable douche. He's mostly self-serving and narcissistic, but he has a number of redeeming features.

  • Maybe Prince Charming could aid Bigby in the investigation by helping Bigby extract information from the 'ladies.' Sometimes the aggressive and hostile approach isn't always the best way to get information. Sometimes a touch of persuasion and seduction is all you need, which is Prince Charming's specialty.

  • Unlike Jack :/

  • Yeah, Jack is creepy. Luckily he's mostly harmless, but I'd bet on him becoming a serial killer a hundred times before I bet on Prince Charming.

  • May I ask, I've heard even though Prince Charming is an egoistic narcissist, he has the occasional nobility. Can you tell me what some of them are?

  • How is adding Prince Charming "too many characters?" In the book of fables there are plenty of locked content meaning that there is still characters that we haven't made acquaintances with yet. Also it's called Fabletown for a reason and the game is called "the Wolf Among Us" (Wolf representing Bigby and Us I believe representing the fables). If you ask me, there aren't enough fables yet.

  • He's very brave, and a good wartime leader. Despite his narcissistic tendencies he ends up being remarkably selfless.

Also, he does care about people when it comes to the important things, like lives, just not the petty little things, like marriages.

Wow, I never knew Prince Charming was such a complicated character. Now I want him to appear on the Wolf Among Us even MORE! I feel like he could play a valued role in the game. Thanks for the info, I appreciate it c:

  • Yeah, it'd be awesome if Charming appeared up to his womanizing me smartass antics in future episodes

  • I hope he doesn't make a 2 minute appearance like Jack :/. I want him to contribute to the story in a way.

  • And his swordplay skills. I agree though. If he wasn't well known he would of died easily and wouldn't heal as fast as he could now. And he's a great thinker as he was able to train an army of women and take over thrones, well a throne.

  • I think Prince Charming lives overseas at this time, right?

  • Who is the murderer? You mean the Murderers! It's obviously Snow whites dwarves guys

  • Is it possible that Prince Charming can make an appearance in the Wolf Among Us?

  • Those dwarves are dead. Snow White killed them.

I think it could be possible. They mention at the beginning of the comics that he had been living in Europe for some time prior to that story, but I don't think they ever specified how long he had been there. Since TWAU is set 20 years before the first issue of the comics, maybe it's possible that he's still in New York.

  • Charming defends what he wants, he very much is a caricature of greed. When he wants something he fights like a bastard to get it, and he will also fight like a bastard to keep it until he loses interest in it again. When he was mayor of Fabletown he fights to defend her, because the government is under HIS rule and kings protect their territory and people.

He dies a much nobler death then most people though he would. Even his exes are saddened by his death, which should really say something about how he died with honor.

  • Okay it's possible. Telltale should take full advantage of this opportunity.
