I can't find my purchase.

I have purchased and tried to download Walking Dead 2 but I am getting nowhere. Is there on-line help so I can resolve this issue?

    Can you please clarify what platform you purchased the game on? PC/Mac? Did you purchase the game through our website, or Steam? If you purchased the game through our website, please go to your My Games page and download the installer from there. (To get to your My Games page, please click the downward facing arrow at the top right of the webpage, and click My Games from the drop down menu. Once on the My Games page, click on the game you wish to download, and click on the Download Link to download the installer.)
