The Walking Dead Episode 2 Problem ( black screen)

Why doesn't Episode 2 work :o !
So i have finished the game a while ago, i wanted to play it again. Episode one works but then when i want to play episode 2... It loads and then there is a black screen with just your mouse arrow working. (???) Later something comes and says=

"Rewinding will delete any progress made after this point, but retain progress up to this point. Do you want to rewind after this checkpoint?" YES or NO

If i press one of them it goes away but nothing happends !! :o I still get that black screen and i can still move arround with my mouse arrow!
I even tried verivy game cache* (* forgot how to spell it lol) But everything was good. :S
+ When is Telltale going to fix this problem?
Please help me don't know what to do :o !!

This could be a issue caused by having multiple active prefs.prop files.

    please rename the prefs.prop in
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\default
    to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate it

Do the same for the prefs.prop in
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead102

I did what you said and now get a black screen with just an axe on the left and the mouse pointer. Any other ideas?
Also, attached a new support data.

That's usually a sign, that the game tries to load a .save file that doesn't exist. You can try rewinding chapters of Episode 1 until you find one that works.

    @arnec

There seems to be a problem with Episode 4 in your case. Please rename the prefs.prop in

    ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/The Walking Dead/TheWalkingDead.app/Contents/Resources/Pack/WalkingDead104/

to prefs.prop .bak to deactivate it.

You can navigate to the folder by starting Finder, and selecting "Go/Go to Folder..." from the menu or pressing CMD-SHIFT-G, and pasting the path into it.
