i can not download episode 2.

please help! i can not download episode 2! anytime i try too the game frezzes up my computer and i have to reboot. like i can still hear the music but i can no longer even move my mouse. this is while it says downloading. is anyone else having this issue. and please do not say it must be your computer check the sepcs to see if your computer can run it. i mean i could run episode 1 just fine on this computer unless episode 2 is extremely different from episode 1 in terms of what it needs to run it can not be my computer or else i could not play episode 1 so yeah i just want to know am i the only one experiencing this issue.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are playing on PC or Mac, and if you have purchased the game through our website or Steam? Also, are you receiving any error messages when the game stops responding? Any extra information will help me figure out the issue you are experiencing.

  • its a pc i am on windows xp i and purchaced the game through this website. i purchaced all the episodes at the same time and on this site. also no error messages show up all that happens is my game frezzes i can hear music but everything else frezzes even my mouse.

    After looking over your data, it seems you haven't updated your graphics card's drivers in a while. I recommend updating your graphics card's drivers to the latest available version, and then restart your system before attempting to play again.
