Ah, this would be great! And appropriate, since by the time of the credits, the Forresters will have done to the Whitehills, what Tywin did to the Reynes.
I say Telltale writes another song for Talia to sing. THAT would be perfect, if not? Well, reusing Ballard of the Forresters is always an option, its so great that I doubt anybody would complain. Rains of Castamere would also work, though the context better be Whitehills destroyed, not Forresters.
Only problem is that it might not be the right song for a story about Northern family since it's basically a song of faith of the seven. But I really like the lyrics - it's a very under rated ASOIAF song.

So now, the wage of sin is paid,
The blade is still, the black steed grazes.
The only sound across the glade
is Rodrik pushing up the daisies.

In my opinion an instrumental version of The Ballad of the Forresters would be perfect for the ending.
Maybe a Game of Thrones rendition of Walk alone by Green Day... (Presuming a lot of ppl die in the finale)
My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard....
Probably Talia's song.
