Not able to access my saved files

Hi. I've had this issue since I upgraded to windows 10. I do not know if it is because of this issue or something else that my game on steam cannot see my saved game files in my folder. I uploaded them for your verification:

When I start the game it goes to the first episode, and although sees all my choices including the ones for episode 5, it does not have any of my saved games in the saved game space of the game. It is all empty.
Please help.
