Q Key not working in game

Hi, I have been enjoying the game up until Gabriels temple where he gets grabbed and you have to hit the Q key to save him.

For some reason my Q key doesnt seem to register in game and I don't have an option to remap it? If I Alt+Tab out the game, the Q key is working perfectly normally as it is in other games. Is there a bug or something here?

I'm using a Logitech G19S gaming keyboard on Windows 10 Pro x64.

Any suggestions gratefully received as I cannot go any further in the game.

    That was added by TellTale Games Inc. to prevent piracy. Particular events during gameplay are blocked when the game is UNREGISTERED/NOT LICENSED. Please buy the full game legitimately if you wish to resume playing.
