Question regarding download of Tales Of Monkey Island

I am currently visiting the family for a couple of weeks and was wondering: may I download Tales Of Monkey Island: Episode One here but still be able to access it when I return home?

P.S. Sorry if this query has been answered eslewhere, but my Grandfather's connection is very slow so digging around for it would be rather difficult.;)
