Today we tell Grandpa that he's move into an assisted-care place. He's going blind (from steroids he used for his back) and can't take care of himself anymore. I've tried to help him learn the white cane and get around better, but I'm not skilled enough to teach him proper and the Pittsburgh Blind Association is a fucking joke. It's amazing how fast he's fading now that his vision is almost gone.
Sorry, just had to vent a little. My mom and aunts want me to be there in case he gets..."nasty." Wish me luck...
