So yeah, my hair is popping up from the sides and I'm scared to take it out 'cause if it's naughty I might make the naughts worse by attempting I remove it. And it's a side braid, so it's putting a huge strain on my neck and hurts like a bitch.

All you do is go to the Youtube video that you want to use for your gif, and then type "gif" before "youtube" in the URL, and it takes you to this page where you can make your gif. From there you can choose the specific scene that you want to use in the gif by sliding the bar to the point you want your gif to show, and then you can decide how many seconds you want your gif to be, up to 10 seconds, I think. Then just name your gif and click "Create gif", and then once it's created, just right click on it and save it onto your computer.
