I have a lot of sisters so I have zero tolerance for that only the scum of the earth would do that I'm not a violent person but that's a trigger for me and if anyone harmed them I would knock them out

I do the same exact thing. Going over everything that I accomplished that day, and what I have to do the next day etc. Music usually makes me think more because I'm listening to the lyrics and interpreting them. It'd be really nice if there was just a switch to turn your brain off or something.:/
My co workers aren't lazy or anything, they just know that I'll always take extra shifts, so I'm starting to think they take advantage of that lol. Not very good at turning them down either.
I have an unhealthy love for energy drinks, my favorite is Amps.:D
Yeahhh, that always used to be my issue as well, and still is whenever I do have trouble sleeping. Its pretty frustrating to have to make a … moreconscious effort to stop thinking lol. It really doesn't work. Sometimes it's so bad that even listening to music doesn't help. I basically completely tune out the music, and just continue to go on thinking.
I would say that is pretty much the case. My co-workers are pretty much notorious for turning down extra help, so it usually falls to me to take the shift, if anyone. I'm all for extra hours, though I really don't like it being forced on me at the last minute, or even really the night beforehand if it's a morning shift that is being offered.
This is probably contradicting my spiel about getting healthy hours of sleep, but caffeine is also your friend and keeps you going for a couple hours lol.
Yeah, I'll admit that I've downed an energy drink the last two times that I have worked... lol.
