I was just strolling through memory lane thinking about my time in middle school. Then this one memory of this video I watched backed then came crossing through my mind and I thought to myself, "what strange children me and my friends were".
Not that I ended up spending my time entirely off the forums (I jumped on anyways at various points to cover for other mods not being around because of their own things), but I am back (from not actually being AFK that much).
Seems like I missed quite the eventful week. Now, to play Episode 7 of Story Mode.

I believe that the banning system might be twisted.
Of course, one can't know how the inner system works, but I believe it would be unfair for somebody to be banned without being talked about their behavior beforehand and be put in probation. The person should have a chance to understand why what they did is considered inappropriate and a chance to refrain from acting that way, instead of having a time-out and repeat that behavior in the future because they're mad.
And, in my opinion, permanent bans under the same context that I mentioned above are plain cruel, especially considering that you will never know the reasoning behind said ban. This leaves space for a corrupt moderator in a given forum to make decisions in their own benefit.
For the record, I am not breaking the guidelines with this comment, so it should not be hidden nor eliminated from the thread nor my profile.
4.4 Please refrain from talking about current or past user bans. This guideline is in place for several reasons. In addition to the severity of the post(s) a user is banned for, moderators also take into account variables such as ban history, the possibility of alternate accounts, and other private information. For privacy reasons, moderators cannot disclose this extra information that affects ban length. Since regular users discussing bans will not know the full context behind the reasoning of a ban, we do not want discussions of current/past user bans to result in misinformation, off topic thread derailments, arguments, or hostility - especially if a user is not there to defend themselves while they are under a ban. Please note that the "Banned" badge does not distinguish if a user ban is permanent or temporary.

Most bans are temporary. They'll be back.

EDIT: I just heard, he's getting banned for a month.
He was also autistic?
You don't say!
IDK.
But he was the first person to like most of the games I like, most of the characters in certain games, etc.
Yes, I do, and I just did.

Bring Back AronDracula
He was banned for a reason.
It would be rude from me to ask for what reason... For what reason? xD
I'm not the one who banned him, all I know is that he wasn't banned out of the blue.
Makes sense.
