When flying i don't mind the height but i feel much safer close to or over land then over the ocean, in an emergency hate the thought of doing a water landing and then drowning.
I agree mainly because I'm afraid of the ocean. I'd rather have the plane crash on land with the possibility of surviving than in the ocean where I can drown or sink with the plane.

Don't worry, it's only going to get easier! Try not focusing too much on acually reading music on the music sheet, but rather play with the piano and try to reproduce some easy song by ear just for fun. Try playing this same song over your own piano when playing the piece (something slow and easy). The noise will make it harder to listen to your piano and you will unconsciously play louder and more confident and it the end it will help you a lot.
I know this looks like a shitty advice but I would have never learned violin if it wasn't because of this.
I play Violin and Guitar and I'm pretty good! I've written a few songs to play acompanied by a guitar (with both chords and fingerpicking, and both combined). Violin is a little harder but I've also writen some stuff there. I have an insturmental song that tells the story of a man and a woman that have a magic child... all insturmental. The fact that I can tell something like that with just sounds and no words make me so happy... I'm working on combining by guitar, violin and voice all together in a song with editing (although my voice is my worst instrument). I'm planing on learning to play piano, cello, banjo, saxophone, accordion and my own voice in the next ten or so years! I also want to learn to read music... guitar tabs are ok but actual music sheets are a pain in the ass. All I play I play it by ear. That's okay until I want to write something so I won't forget it and I stare at the paper for half an hour until I figure out how I do it.

This new YouTube layout is awful. It just looks like a mobile app. I can only hope that some good samaritan makes a Chrome extension or something that makes it look the way it was before. Or God forbid I get used to it.
I don't like it either. It looks so, gosh, smooth. I hate smooth. Everything is bigger/smaller now, so I can't see what I did before.
I don't get why they make the changes optional - or at least, turn-off able. All they do is make a bunch of people angry everytime they do one of these. Frankly, I think most websites would be smart in saving the version of the site beforehand, and have that be a way people could use it. The ones that are purely stylistic shouldn't be that hard to let people keep.
They changed the logo too? Why? It's like Google changing their logo permanently. Why take away something iconic?
Ack, I have so many quips with YouTube nowadays. Like many thing, stuff goes downhill when businesses and commercial interests come in. It's a shame that there will likely never be that perfect commercial free fully customizable social media/video sharing site. At least it's still damn good at video sharing. Don't care about YouTube Kids, Gaming, Red, TV, and Music. The OG stuff is what I care about.

I watched Annabelle: Creation the other day and it was really enjoyable. The child actors were great and so were the effects, there were also a pretty good amount of spook'ems and just like Ouija: Origin of Evil, it's a prequel that far surpasses the original movie.
Really excited to see more from The Conjuring universe
Just saw the Death Note Netflix movie and I ended up enjoying it. It's not the greatest anime live action movie, but it's good. It definitely doesn't deserve the amount of negative reviews it gets. You have to view it as a separate universe.
Some of the actors did a good job portraying their anime/manga counterparts. Light was good, Mia I had mixed feelings about, L was great, and Ryuk was amazing. I wish there was more scenes with Ryuk and L acted more like a whiny teen during the second half of the movie but acted more like his anime counterpart in the first half. Light was A LOT smarter in the anime than in the film and Mia was more of a bitch in this than the anime.
I understand why some people didn't like it, mainly because the plot direction, but they keep forgetting they can't fit everything they did in the anime in a hour and a half length film.
The only problems I had with the film was the amount of cussing and Light & Mia's relationship. In the anime, they rarely cursed so it's definitely uncomfortable hearing Mia say to Light "Would you kill someone if they fucked me?" And Light saying "fuck!" Every 5 minutes.
Overall, I'd give the film a 6/10. Some of the dialogue is cringe (similar to ANF), the unnecessary amount of gore (similar to Final Destination), the cussing, and Mia's character are pretty much the problems I had watching the film.

Oh wow! That's so cool!
I love the sound of a violin, but I can't play it. I already struggle with trying to learn guitar...
I hate reading music too and that was one of the reasons why I stopped trying to learn guitar for a while.
I wish I knew TABS back when I first started guitar because it's so dang easy to read, I was dumbfounded when I first learned it.
I kinda just fumble through learning guitar, I don't really know what I'm doing. But I think I'm getting better, but I am still really bad at it.
That's so awesome that you write your own music!
Have you ever heard of MuseScore? It's a free, open-source music notation software.
I don't have much experience with it yet, but it might make writing music easier.
How long have you been playing guitar and violin for?

Hey @Melton23, have you heard about these weekly updates for Smuggler's Run? There's ten more vehicles coming, including the Hunter, based on an Apache/Comanche helicopter and the Vigilante, that looks like the Batmobile.
Check the vehicle list here for pictures and list of the ones coming after the Event Weeks:

I'm probably going to buy me the seaplane. I love seaplanes, I got the Dodo (for free), and I did a mission with the Tula and saw how amazing it was. This Seabreeze looks interesting too. But man, they are all so expensive. Also, the new flares that some planes have are really annoying. Now there's like no easy way to take them down from the ground since the flares don't appear to have a limit but the homing launchers do. A good thing though is that if you are in the passenger's seat you can use the flare gun and get homing rockets off your tale.
I'm in my friend's seaplane rn. I am sooooo in love with the vtol. I also got the dodo for free but after seeing this new one, I wish I had the 3 mil to afford it. I'm still waiting for a casino dlc though so I can sit at a blackjack table all day and take all of my friends money since I am very good at that game apparently

I love the Tula too. I was still flying relatively well even though I lost two engines and liked the fact that it could fit 5 people. The VTOL is awesome. I find it amazing that it is based on real life stuff.
I hope we get a casino DLC. I read that a story DLC with Trevor would have ended with a casino heist. I'm not sure if we'll ever get one, but I hope that's it. I also wished Rockstar released more Beta Vehicles into the game so we could get more things. GTA 6 should be fantastic if they take everything they learned here.
I think now that we have gotten a hangar DLC, a dock boat DLC is inevitable. It would be nice to have some more submarines and interesting boats (and seaplanes).

I was just with my friend and one of his propellers broke off, 2 of them stopped working and only one was working normally, I really love it when stuff like that happens cos when they all cut out I like trying to find a place to land it. I've also been waiting for a heist part 2 cos I really wanna rob maze bank and maybe a sky fortress seeing as rockstar have started to take some crazy steps in that sort of direction

Saxophone.
I know this is terrible (and stupid), but everytime I hear about Hurricane Harvey, I think it's Hurricane Harvey Dent Two-Face.
And now that I hear this news (which is not good, it seems more like an actual Two-Face.
Naming these damn hurricanes humanizes them too much damnit. I hope everything will be alright once it's done.

What's so worse is that they destroyed the notifications. There was never a good reason to change it.
