After recently watching David Lynch's Blue Velvet. I think it's time to add another cult tv show to my list, Twin Peaks. On a side note, I've also played "Deadly Premonition" which supposedly is a love letter to the show.
Still, if that game is really a love letter, it must have been written with a brown crayon on a ketchup-stained tissue. If you manage to look past the flaws and the obvious gameplay problems, the game isn't really that bad. I guess it really falls into "bad, yet good" category.
I'm not even kidding, i goddamn loved Chris. And Teddy. He's crazy, that kid, he really is, i love him. And Vern is CUTE. And Gordy is so Gordy, with is dick sucked by a leech. I feel like that was exceedingly mean but i don't care.
