Why can't I not access my Episode Six choices?

I've completed the game, and despite a few bug, I'm unable to see my choices. What gives??

    You can't get to the Codex Menu - Choices made, I suppose?

    When I completed the game I couldn't get my choices for Episode 6 in a standart window either. I checked them all in my Codex.

    Plus it's not letting me see my epilogue screen (showing the choices that I made throughout the six episodes)!!!
