I can't see my choices in website

I finished Tales from the borderlands and Game of Thrones on ps4 but i can't see my choices on website. My PSN account already linked. How can I fix this.

I can only see Got ep1 choices but this is my x360 stats. After than I bought Got on PS4 and i play there.
How can i see my ps4 choices.
