Can't start GoT

For some reason I can't even start the game ever since I downloaded Episode 6. Whenever I open it,it goes into the standard black screen but then it kicks the game back into a small 800x600 white window,and that's it. The game won't run and I have to close it manually. Switching it back to fullscreen with Alt + Enter just gives me a black screen.

And no,disabling the Steam Overlay doesn't work,and yes,my drivers are up to date (Geforce GTX 680).

I've also tried running the game as admin,and running it in Compatibility Mode for Windows 7,XP,and 98. Same thing. Reinstalling doesn't help.

Any suggestions?
