Mira and Tom Dialogue- questions! [Spoiler]

So, I don't exactly remember where this dialogue option showed up ...
It was something like "arrange a meeting with cercei" (i guess) .. tom said that he could do that.. I way playing really confident and then just lost my head.

So what was the point of that option? Did I just f#ed it up?
