I'm not following. So we kill Ludd, Gryff and everyone else inside the hall room.

How are we going to deal with

I'm pretty sure that this guy would just take command of the forces and become increasingly suspicious and violent when he realizes that Gryff and Ludd are not coming out.

This would still put us (House Forrester) up against a guy ( Harys) who can take out beska, asher and pitfighters in 1 on 1 combat, and 500+ men.

    Well without a Lord, they're somewhat disorganized and to add to that it would definitely demoralize the troops. Afterall; what would they be fighting for? It'd sow dissent in the troops and give a big gapping weakness to exploit.
