No if I can remember correctly Erik died from an axe to his neck I think. Lady Forrester still dies.
You will see him only if you play as Asher and only if lady Elissa died from poison before the battle.This is sad but she dies anyways,nothing you can do.
No you can also see him if you ambush Ludd.
oh,well my mistake but it's still change nothing. He and she is dead anyways.
