May Lord Tarwick possibly help cancelling the execution?
Even though I decided to marry Morgryn (when the choice came up I was like - "Hey, an oppoturnity to kill him!"), I was watching a few let's plays to find out what happens when you choose not to. A big difference between Tom and Mira being beheaded, during Mira's execution Lord Tarwick and Sera are present (it is logical that they are not at Tom's).
The question is, if you tell Tarwick about Sera FLOWERS, can he help you later at this point? Or is he just standing there? I wish this was a valid option.

Any allies Mira had may have an effect in Season 2 but there's no way to escape the execution other than marrying Morgryn.
If you tell Tarwick Sera's secret, he's just not present at the execution.
