Come on guys, cheer up ! The Forresters aren't done yet, they'll rise as one and retake what's theirs, because as Talia once sang "STILL IRON ROSE ANEW".
P.S.: The typo in the title is supposed to draw grammar nazis.

Yesssss!!! There issssss hopeeeeee
The Forresters lost 2 people but they also gained the bastard siblings.
I'm pretty sure the whole point of this season was to put them in an incredibly dire situation just for them to actually survive once shit gets ugly (winter is still coming eventually).
"Iron from ice", as I see it, means gathering strength from the most unlikely sources, in the worst possible situation, and surviving despite everything (one of the reasons I didn't let Mira die). This winter will be brutal. The summer was stupidly long, so long that some people thought they reached the eternal summer, and that means a longer and harsher winter in Westeros. Once winter hits, all these petty fights for power will mean very little. I want to see King's Landing and, most importantly the Iron Throne, buried in snow, populated only by wights.
Got a little carried away there but you get the drill.
Actually they lost only one if you agree to marry Morgryn
we either lost rodrik or asher...
From beginning to end the Forresters, counting determinants, lost 8 named members.
I still have faith. Gared will bring retribution for the Forresters.
Um far from topic guys but what is "winter is coming?" And please define it thoroughly thankss
Of course Forester are stong, the are down 4 men (old chap, mother, 1 brother, young lord). But then:
Still a lot of Foresters alive and we can start breading more!
Soon White Walkers, Stanis, Winter will wipe whoever will be temporary on top, so there is still hope.
"Winter is Coming" is the motto of House Stark, one of the Great Houses of Westeros. The meaning behind these words is one of warning and constant vigilance. The Starks, being the lords of the North, strive to always be prepared for the coming of winter, which hits their lands the hardest. The inevitable truth of the words are mentioned by other characters, who occasionally note that sooner or later, the Starks are always right.
"Winter is coming" is a House Stark motto, similar to "Iron from Ice" of foresters. Far less optimistic i must say.
But also it means that at some point there will be long winter with White Walkers. So all this pesky wars for very uncomfortable chair dosnt matter, since white walkers do not negociate.
Lol creepy xD asher is such a happy person
