Game consistently freezes on Steam at the same spot in Episode 1 Part 3

I've tried getting past this part at least 4 times and I can't. It's right when Fiona goes to push the cart so she can go through the vent, somewhere in the middle of Episode 1 part 3. I've checked my game cache and made sure everything was installed correctly, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've even reinstalled Steam... no good. I can't move forward in the story and I'm really bummed about it... anyone have this problem / any advice on how to fix it?

    I don't have the problem, but maybe try to change your resolution IG? It's a weird advice, but it might work.

    If that doesn't work, PM me in the forums with your save files. (My Documents > Telltale Games > Tales from the Borderlands)
