Arthur Glenmore- Episode 5

I started playing yesterday, and the game is pretty good so far.
But at the start of episode 5, Ramsay kills Arthur. I guess he dies either I take the men to Highpoint or not.
The thing I don't get is how is Arthur already on thethe flying rack when we get there when he was with me at Highpoint? I mean neither he nor Ramsay can be at two place at a time. Still Arthur is already cut up.
If anyone has a good explanation, please share with me. And sorry for my crappy English. :)

    My interpretation:

    At the end of EP4, Arthur isn't with you, but you hear him in the distance yell "Where's my sister, Elaena!?". I imagine he went looking for her in the grove. And when he arrived, he ran into Bolton Soldiers, and they tied him onto the rack before Ramsay arrives with Rodrik and Talia.

    It has flaws, but it's the best explanation I've got.
