Episode 4: Decisions Didn't Carry Over

When I started Episode 4, a few decisions I made in Episode 3 did not carry over. For example, I chose to save Beskha instead of Malcolm from Drogon, but in Episode 4 Beskha is burned. Most other decisions seem intact though. Is this just a glitch? Could I fix this without playing through Episode 3 over again?

    Is it still there in the my choices page? I'm having an issue where only two random choices of mine are remembered.

    The decision is not listed in the My Choices page for me. I could have sworn that it was listed there in my Episode 3 Results when I finished it, but it's not there now. The other major decisions seem to be correct.
