Control my freaking mother.
For starters, I would have actually prepared a defense for Ironrath instead of taking pot shots at the Whitehills. Also, I'd have executed Gryff and his garrison (I'd have done that even without knowledge of the outcome) and I would have had Lady Forrester arrested (and most likely executed) for trying to usurp me.
Lock the hall doors
As Mira I wouldn't have insulted Tyrion Lannister's intelligence and come clean with him. It wouldn't have helped me any but I wouldn't have felt such a tremendous sense of failure and doubt for failing to sway him.
As Rodrick I wouldn't have tried to secure Lady Elaena's engagement with emotion but would have shown her why it was practical and smart to marry me.
Other than that... nothing.
