Telltale Support: Ticket active 9 days with no response?

Hi,

I've been having an issue with my game. I looked over to see if my problem occurred anywhere else before so and it hadn't, so I sent a ticket in. This was 9 days ago. I can appreciate that the support may have had a lot of tickets to deal with however I would have expected at least a confirmation that it's being looked at. Can anybody shed some light on why this is taking so long to resolve?
