I ve filed a support ticket 3 weeks ago and only received an automatic response that didnt solve any
3 weeks ago i was playing the 5th episode of tales from the borderlands when it suddenly crashed. Ever since when i try to launch the game it crahes immidiatly. I filed a support ticket on 7th december and got an copy-paste answer on the 15th with some troubelshooting steps. I did all of them but it still doesnt work. I responded to the ticket and have stil not received an answer ...
Does anyone know what to do ?
If i file a support ticket it takes ages for them to respond and i simply want to finish the last episode because right now my game is unplayable and i dont get anyhelp fixing it from the support
