What song scares the crap out of you?
That one particular song, or tune, that every time you here it you get a tingling deep in your chest, you start to shiver, and inside you wanna just take off running!
For me, it has to be this one.
Though I never saw the movie, as I was to scared to, the song still scares me every time I hear it.
(Incidentally, the guy playing it is not me.)

Whenever I want to write a little dark, I listen to "The Ones" by Aesthetic Perfection, but it doesn't scare me by any means. If I had to pick, I'd say that certain binary beats tend to give me chills, mostly variations of isochronic.

Happy nightmares

I wouldn't say it scares me, but the song is definitely haunting.

Lavender Town. That was nightmare fuel purely for the rumors, not even the song, haha.
I remember listening to the RE 4 soundtrack while I'd go walk at my park late at night, and this song came on, and after nearly an hour of walking in the dark I only ever felt like something ominous was behind me when I heard this theme...
Freakin creepy ass regenerators. Sadly they lost their potency when RE Rev made the Ooze.
Gives me shivers every time I listen to it.

I can't think of any song that scared me, but this gives sure as hell gave me the chills, especially when I first heard it.

A Little Piece of Heaven - Avenged Sevenfold used to scare me when I was like, 10. I don't think there's been a song to scare me since.
The video for it doesn't help either.

Amnesia's OST's are amazing, but this one is the most 'scary' for me. Fuck this water monster.

The intro is just awesome. The Devil's Chord
This videos reminds me of tim burton design style thing
How could you listen to this late at night in a park? haha Yeah, those regenerators are still creepy. I remember when I was little, swimming in a lake and thinking one would swim up underneath me and bite me.

Pretty much the whole score!

Actually one of my favourite Floyd songs - if I was to imagine a song to describe the mind of a psychopath, it'd be this.
Definitely not.

This used to scare me when I first watched I Am Legend x.x This particular version, although I know the second half isn't really part of the song xD, I actually like the song but how they used it in the movie scared me :x
Even though not being a horror, this one takes it for me, you can really feel the mood of how it is being around someone with an anti-social personality disorder. One of the greatest films of all time aswell, RIP Stanley Kubrick!

i like it.
This. Fucking. Shit. I absolutely loved Silent Hill: Homecoming, and the soundtrack was fantastic as well. But this song always gave me the worst chills, it was disturbing and meaningful with the lyrics. And the ambiance behind the song gives me the worst fear of someone being right behind me. Still an amazing song.

This song actually pissed me off. I remember finishing all of the endings in Silent Hill 2, and then having my friend tell me of a "Dog" ending. So after working for 2 more hours replaying the game again, I got to the Dog ending, and what I got was the most bizarre and angering ending I have ever seen. Like, it doesn't even fucking match up with the rest of the games disturbing dark tone, and at least the UFO ending made sense as it was a continuation of Silent Hill's UFO ending, but the Dog ending was just too much. XD
This track from Halo 4 never fails to send shivers down my spine, but at the same time it is incredibly epic. The entire piece changes throughout but it's just so eerie and dark.
Halo 4 OST - Immaterial
Probably the music that still unsettles me is the music from Resident Evil 1 that plays when you go down to the basement. You're kinda stuck down there after jumping down a hole , and you have to find your way through these unexplored rooms and there's zombies everywhere....ah

I know it's old as hell, but there's still something about it that gets under my skin. It's probably because I still remember how I felt playing it all those years ago as a teenager. And it was worse for me, because the European version was more difficult to complete and you didn't have as much ammo.

I heard the guy who did the voice for James in the game refused to record dialogue for that scene because he thought it was ridiculous. He took the role of James seriously, so I can imagine being asked to record such a bizarre ending after the entirety of the game being serious, it must've sounded insane to him.
That's why James speaks in Japanese during that ending, because it's hiding the fact it's somebody else, or otherwise it would've been in English XD
the song from mob of the dead in cod bo2 sends shivers down my spine and the music from devil may cry
;[
Imagine seeing this one as barely 11 years old... Maybe that´s why I´m such a fan of horror movies and hardly gets disturbed or even scared.

It's not necessarily a song that makes me wanna run away or feel creepy, but... there is a reason why I don't add a song that starts with a sudden bang or lyric being sung after a song with a soft melody plays.
I get jumpscare'd, every. single. time.

It sounds like a horror music.
This song isn't that scary, but as for the music video... that's an entirely different story. You might feel the need to take a shower afterwards if you manage to watch it all.

I love the Roots but their album Rising Down is a tough album to listen to. It's just so dark it brings my mind into darkness. Singing Man is a great song to me but it just fucks my mind up.
