Game won't work. Is there a fix yet?

I bought the actual Season Pass disc a few weeks ago and got the black screen of death. I sent an email to support and have not received an answer. Today I redownloaded the updates and everything and now when I get to the screen to press play, episodes, or telltale account it does not respond to any commands from the controller..... HELP!!!

    I have deleted save game data several times also to no avail. Is there anything that can be done? I don't want to have wasted my money!

    I feel you, man. My game works thanfully but it can be really laggy. I've never had problems like this with a 360 game before.
